Our extensive history tracking keeps a record of all activity at all levels of the order and enables you to know in an instant what has been done. Dealer Solicitation Use AVANUETM to track participants in dealer solicitation campaigns. Provide valuable reports for the client and for internal use. Forms can be created in-house for ongoing updates and last minute changes. Accounting - AR, AP & GL Written in partnership with two CPAs, Doncar Systems offers the most versatile and powerful accounting package in the industry. Three complete modules were developed and can be purchased separately or together. They include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and a General Ledger. With direction from and testing by accounting professionals, our true accounting system includes numerous checks and balances to ensure that information is not lost and that an accurate and detailed history is kept of all records. Fast and efficient, AVANUETM helps you give your clients the information they need to expand their current ad campaign. Graphics Transmit artwork via EliteSM. Graphics AVANUETM has the same functionality you’ll find everywhere else in the software, including extensive reporting and history tracking, as well as YPIMA validation prior to transmission. The AWT is electronically cataloged with the order. Revenue Tracking Track increases and decreases in revenue as well as the reasons for any changes. Internet Client Access (ICA) With our web interface, clients and sales reps are able to view orders, tear pages and artwork on line. The Web server is housed at your site, eliminating delays due to third party processing. Security is maintained by ID specific access. Whatever is split on the order is split on the web and is only available to the appropriate parties. The server is updated hourly with all new requests and changes.
